TERMS OF SERVICE
When you commssion me you MUST fully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
THE CUSTOMER
1. Intends to be respectful and not afraid to communicate their wants and needs or ask questions.
2. Will not expect THE ARTIST to imitate another person's style and will accept THE ARTIST'S art for what it is.
3. Intends to pay - in full - the amount agreed upon before receiving the commissioned work.
4. Understands that a partial refund will be given out when WIPS (works-in-progress) have already been completed if THE CUSTOMER decides to cancel the commission.
5. Understands that THE ARTIST may choose to discontinue the commissioned work due to difficulties with THE CUSTOMER (i.e. lack of communication, personal attacks or disrespect, incomplete payment, etc). If WIPS are sent, THE CUSTOMER is entitled to a partial refund. If work has not yet been started, THE CUSTOMER is entitled to a full refund.
6. Has the right to repost the commissioned artwork as long as credit is given to punkbawkchicken.
7. Understands that THE ARTIST holds the copyright in regards to the commissioned artwork, and understands that the commissioned artwork can only be utilized in personal use. Commissioned artwork can NOT be used for profit or commercial use. If THE CUSTOMER would like to use any commissioned artwork for profit or commercial use THE CUSTOMER must speak with THE ARTIST about this, whereupon a separate, stand-alone terms of services will be created.
THE ARTIST
1. Will cater to THE CUSTOMER'S wants and needs.
2. Intends to communicate openly and clearly with THE CUSTOMER and will ask question if unsure about what THE CUSTOMER wants.
3. Intends to complete the commissioned work to the best of THE ARTISTS abilities.
4. Understands that THE ARTIST is unable to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time that THE CUSTOMER is entitled to a partial or full refund.
5. Will show the utmost respect when working with THE CUSTOMER.
6. Understands that THE CUSTOMER holds the copyright in regards to the character depicted. THE ARTIST will not attempt to re-sell or reuse said character.
